Another great camp run by two of the worlds best female rugby players.
Anna Richards and Monalisa Codling stopped into Los Angeles after their recent World Cup Victory in Edmonton.
The camp hosted players from UCLA, San Diego, Coast WRFC, Belmont Shore WRFC, Santa Monica WRFC, Fullerton Youth and as far away as ASU.
Some great drills were shown for working the ruck area, and also to test your peripheral Vision, drills that the All Blacks use. (See players feed back on the
Contact page under the "regular view" of the guest book).
Special Thanks to Fullerton Youth Rugby for hosting the event, and special thanks to Linda Miller and Belmont Shore WRFC for supplying the training equipment.
